But fear not, at the little brewery in Shiner we know a thing or two about refining even the most challenging of old-world recipes. This Czech-style Pilsner is brewed with barley, hops, water, yeast and 101 years of brewing experience. Here’s to sticking to your roots and keeping things simple, PROSIT!"

Handwritten notes: This is a crisp and nice pilly. It is, however, not very bold, and I expected a grassy/flowery bite of hops. I can instantly tell that they have attempted to make a Pilsner, and not just some light-malt Lager. Like I said, it's "nice". But nice guys finish last, and I would know, cuz that would be the title of my autobiography. That, or "All About Ska".
