Handwritten notes: There's something just... right in this beer. Something homey and welcoming, like the smell of a cellar full of childhood memories. It tastes real. The taste is sweetly sour, with a complex sort of spiciness that lets you know it's genuine Belgian. If any Trappist monks are reading this right now, God bless you. Please say w'sup to Jesus. This beer is a truly religious experience, and I wonder if its yumminess is some fiendish joke, some sort of "Brewmeister Smith"-esque plan to conquer the world. I can't believe it has taken this long for this beer to find its way home to my gullet. Hallelujah!
