Handwritten notes: I would expect that an “organic” beer would taste like this. I’m only surprised to see a left-wing concept like “organic” come from Germany. (Some of you may have noticed that I take special pride in reminding the Germans at every possible opportunity about the Nazis). This beer has a nicely caramelized malt flavour with a smooth and clean delivery. The thing is that immediately after tasting this, I though of the Thirsty Beaver. The similarities in the beers are striking, except for the fact that Canada did not start two world wars.
