Handwritten notes: I got an email from these dudes today. Turns out if we drink enough of their beer in Manitoba, they'll ship different flavours to us. So drink up, fellow bison-heads. This is an amber ale with more to offer than the smell of a beer vendor floor. This company is tapping into something here - it has taken the classic Canadian beer taste we are all accustomed to, and put a nice bow on its head, shined its shoes, and combed its hair. Those subdued flavours we are all used to slugging back without an afterthought are brought to the forefront. Yes, its mostly a malt-train, but its a good one.
