Handwritten notes: Hoppy and sourly nutty and bitter. It's been a dog's age since I had a beer like this. Thank you England for Hugh Grant, Yorkshire pudding, and this piece of work. The background music is a citrus and tropical lullaby and the main players are huge hops and malt flavours. I think that this taste is what American craft beers strive for.
