Handwritten notes: Light. Surprisingly flavourful. Yes, believe it. A wheaty beer, but it could use a bunch of hops. Yes, the lack of hops is my main problem with most, if not all, Canadian beer. If this had more hops I would buy it a corsage, take it to the winter dance, feel it up in the back seat of my car, and then call it a few days later (you don't want to seem too anxious). Also, if this beer recipe was fully alcoholized I would shudder to think how good it could be.
