Handwritten notes: a very unique flavour... I passed this bottle by at least five or six times in the liquor store thinking it looked like an instant hangover... not so... a sour apple taste immediately hits you, but it has a smoky, bubble-gum (cloves, for those less who are less of a Philistine), and lambic like taste... however, no taste of beer... makes me want to (and I will, retroactively) create a label for it that is "not quite beer".
