Handwritten notes: speaking of not beer (see below)... a very strong alcohol smell, but absolutely no taste of alcohol... its sourness belies its strength... a dried fruit smell, like a herbal tea... wow! a very sour, kind of nice, subdued but real fruit taste... very fizzy, but not quite beer. But I like it, yes I do.
