Handwritten notes: This is a surprisingly non-thick stout. The faint chocolate-milk flavour seems fuller, but less bold than other stouts. That's an odd thing to say, I know. I want to say that this is like a porter but t'aint. It's all stout, but rounder and a bit less abrasive than others. Unfortunately, abrasiveness is what I'm looking for in a stout. Usually.
