Handwritten notes: A good punch of hops and a disappearing bitterness. A sweet and malty under-clothing just peeking over the top of its blouse. The smell of this beer is deceiving - like you expect a powerful American IPA or something and you end up getting a complex ale. This mofo go me (diagonally). Very sneaky, sis.
