Handwritten notes: I had some high hopes for this beer. It is a lot like me, after all. It is a product of Poland, 6% alcohol, it has a bison head, and it is somewhat disappointing. It is "European hoppy" but not as flavourful as i would have hoped. It has a flat, flavourless strict bitter finish. Still better than most, submarine with screen door or not.
