Handwritten notes: A good quality cream ale, not heavily carbonated like other Canadian soda-beer. A subdued flavour (for an Ale), but not at all offensive. I'm not sure who's brewing this, there used to be a company called "Agassiz Brewing" in Manitoba who made this and a couple others. Now it may be brewed in some dude's garage in the North End of town, but that's fine by me. One time 15 years ago I caught a giant catfish in the Red River with nothing but a piece of raw bacon on a fishing hook. Really. But as that was the only fish I've ever caught in my life (before or since), I've learned to hate fishing.
