Handwritten notes: Classic white beer taste, with the added "extras" subdued (and thank goodness for that)... but unfortunately there is the strong hop taste butting its fat nose in there... usually I am a straight-up hop monster, but not in a white beer... It's like Mexican cooking, they feel that they have to put cumin in everything. Not so.
