Handwritten notes: OH MY GOD. My first real lambic, and I feel like a kid on Christmas morning.... what an experience... save your pennies, kids, and try this... but BEFORE YOU DO, read about lambic beer and how it has been/is made. It will heighten the experience... like a universe of flavours - orange, nutmeg, Cinnamon, pineapple, woody, allspice... and the next sip reveals another fucking layer! I feel like I know what a lambic is all about now.
