Handwritten notes: oh my, this is a toughie... my first lambic, and a flavoured one at that... it is cherry flavored. The flavour is cherries. Tastes kind of like a Lotsa Fizz candy. That may be a Philistine thing to say, but it doesn't really seem like beer to me.
