I got up this morning and saw these notes sitting on my counter. It's from the home-made notepad of tasting details I make my beer notes on. Something about it, sitting there, middle of the note-pad, covered in ludicrous scrawlings, looked like art to me.
I am posting them now (for the next beer I'll review). They have not been doctored. I just want to give you 3 or 4 readers a glimpse into the mind of a manic.
