Handwritten notes: Yes... there definitely needs to be more spicy and bitter beers like this... a roasted caramel flavour, rich and full, but then the friggin' donkey kicks you in the face... nicely done, fellahs... I wouldn't mind tasting this dude's wife, neither, if she's anything like this beer.
