Handwritten notes: the first sensation is that this beer is smooth, if even a bit too so (too so? is that a real phrase?)... the caramel flavour kind of pushes to the front on this one... I'm not usually a big fan of too sweet beers but this one has a good flavour profile all-around, grainy/malty, and the nice bite of hops at the end. I like a beer with a finish rather than a fade.
