Handwritten notes: Fresh tasting Dunkel... this is the definition of a Dunkel, with characteristics of a hoppier lager and the complexity of a darker beer... the weirdest thing, a milk chocolaty colour while pouring, becoming dark when settled... fruity palate... nice and spring-like, a lively head.
