Handwritten notes: As the grapefruit revolution sweeps through Canada, hosers one by one say "Gee, that's novel as fuck! I thought all IPA tasted like Keith's." All the while our neighbours to the south have been under citrus cannon assault for years. But, like the infusion of Run DMC into post-communist Russia, it's new to us!! This American IPA delivers exactly as promised, flavour out the ying-yang and bitterly bold. Having a beer like this around kind of takes the giddiness out of traveling to the US with moistened mouth anticipating that first sip of breakfast fruit goodness. Regardless, I can and will buy it again.
