Handwritten notes: It's a Bock day, boys. This Bock is a smooth and sweet (but not too much so) beer. This feels like an even-Steven, even-keel, C+ student beer. It feels like it goes out of its way to appeal to all. And it does - it is not offensive. However, it maintains an amount of boldness that makes it tasty. If I was hosting a beer-pong tournament that used this beer I would call it "Bock & Balls". Ah... hmm. Not funny. Better luck next time, Bard.
