Label Reads: “In time-honored brewing tradition, we’ve added a small amount of yeast to this ale just before packaging to produce a secondary fermentation in the bottle. The yeast, which settles naturally to the bottom of the bottle, encourages further maturation and contributes to the ale’s complex flavor.”

Handwritten notes: A hazy but light-tasting glass of Wheaties. It's so light tasting that I'm not sure that I care for it. When I was 10 years old they sold a drink called "Sarasoda" at 7-11 that had .05% alcohol. My friends and I would buy it with the false belief that if you drank enough you could get buzzed. Fortunately it cost $1.99 per bottle and most of our allowances were under $5.00 per week, so the opportunity to get wrecked on Sarasoda never presented itself. This beer tastes like that thin and watery excuse for a beverage. This beer has the consistency of ginger ale and a little less taste. There is no concrete thud of alcohol to usher in any bold taste. I think there's a reason why beer should not be made from wheat and I think this is it.
