Handwritten notes: The initial gulp has no (or very little) initial flavour. A persistent, honeysuckle sweetness follows up and hangs around after everyone's gone to bed. This beer may have more aftertaste than actual taste. It's as if the taste lingers behind and develops in your mouth after the rest of the geese have flown south to tummy-town. It's pretty refreshing, and I bet it would be good after a hard day of manual labour (whatever that feels like).
