Handwritten notes: A wise man once told me that he drinks Labatt 50 for the following reason: "no one buys it, so it's always cold when you get it from the vendor". That wise man was none other than ma dear sweet braether. Anyhoo, I bought this because I wanted a 12 pack, and because I hadn't reviewed it, nor had I drank it in probably 8 years or more. I threw the box in the fridge, popped one open, poured and drank it expecting a mouthful of John Labatt's tears. Instead I said (literally) "wait a minute... that's good." I may have picked up a skunky batch, but what I drank did not taste like any form of urine, and instead was a passable ale. HUH? Its surprising flavour is no wonder why it is the least popular of the macros.

I actually found myself buying another 12 pack of this and sure enough it was still kind of good. Somebody back me up on this.

I don't know if I've seen that out here. I'll have to check one place because I think I made the joke of it being the coldest beer in the fridge.

I'm late here (by like 6 years) but I've been drinking 50 for the last 3 months. I saw a tall boy at the LCBO and grabbed it as a joke. I guess I am an old man as the guy at my local beer store calls me.

Now if only they still made the regular size cans in Ontario it would be my Trailer beer as well! (No room for bottles)
