Handwritten notes: Much like me in November, this beer is best drunk at a temperature of 6º C to 8º C. This beer is very Duvel-like in the liveliness of its head and the inviting "grandma's kitchen" smell it emits. The taste intriguing and cookie-like, finishing with a hint of Vanilla. The best part of this beer is the lovely bite of alcohol it injects at the end like a nurse who says "hey--look over there!!" then jabs you with a tetanus shot. It's for the best, though. I'll take my medicine like a good boy and go to bed.
