Handwritten notes: Pow! What the hell, America? Gimme an H! Gimme an O! Gimme a P! Gimme an S! What's that spell?!? What's that spell?!? What's that spell?!? Grapefruit and lemon zest, bitter to the bitter end. I don't eat grapefruit with sugar, and I never have. Picture yourself, sitting down in your favourite soft chair, unpeeling a grapefruit skin with your teeth. Feel the zap of the peel squirting up in your eye. Smell your fingers. Citrus love. Do you taste that acidic peel taste in your mouth? Good. Now rip off a piece of grapefruit. Got it? See how it tastes sweet, then bitter, then it's gone and all you have is the dry-mouth sensation of having been alive? That's this beer. Trippy.
