Handwritten notes: This beer is unfortunately more of a Canadian Pilsner than anything "Bavarian". Why do they go out of their way to say "Bavarian" rather than German? I see they still want to conquer the world though, which is always nice. I don't think that Herbsman has the wherewithal to conquer anything but a bong hit. Most "Herbsmen" I know are either too ripped to make a decision or too burnt out to act on it. Nevertheless, this beer tastes fresh or organic, which is maybe its only redeeming feature.
