Handwritten notes: Murky looking as an unfiltered Weiss should be. This is a bare-bones Heffe-Weizen without creative embellishments. This is perhaps the Aristotelian first-mover or prime cause in terms of Heffe-Weizens. That last sentence cost me $10,000 in tuition. But this beer is worth the cost, unlike a philosophy degree. A summery beer without being a bland quencher of thirst.
