Handwritten notes: I've already bought the beer, Sam (can I call you Sam? Good.), so you don't need to "sell" me on it. Enough with the labels. In this beer there's only a hint of Sam Adams' special flavouring (being two heaping fist fulls of hops per bottle). Surprisingly easy to drink. No need to add orange peel, coriander, and bat feces (guano) to dominate the taste in this white. Best North American white I've had yet.
