Handwritten notes: Summit was the first American micro-brew I ever tried, some 10 years ago this summer. It was on a foray down south to watch some baseball. It tastes the same, still tremendous. A nice bitterness, beautiful and clean tasting... smooth but full, like an ice cream but made out of the milk of sacred cows (what?)... a fruity, citrus-like, biter grapefruit finish... God Bless St. Paul, Minnesota.
