Label Reads: "Firebrick Lager celebrates over one hundred and thirty nine years of brewing heritage by the August Schell Brewing Company. This all-malt lager derives it's (sic) name from the brick lining inside our old No. 2 boiler which provided the steam to power our brew kettles. The result is a great tasting, smooth-drinking lager from America's second-oldest family-owned brewery".

Handwritten notes: Sound fizziness... fruit (plums?)... deep and bold but still refreshing... I guess they call this a Vienna lager. That means that it goes good with vienna sausages and it has been enjoyed by the likes of Martin Buber, Sigmund Freud and Falco.
