Handwritten notes: This is a very nice try at a cream ale, the flavours are all there... but I'm a firm believer that a cream ale (or any other lightly flavoured ale, for that matter) should have a lower alcohol b.v... this kind of exudes a little too much booze for me... but I appreciate that this beer is made for Canadians who would not moisten their moustaches with anything less than 5% beer, except for light beer which MUST be 4% (there I go again, raggin' on the hosers)... a few touches away from a world-class cream ale, but with enough flaws to make it a backup beer at best.
