Handwritten notes: the first of these beers I had was perhaps under-chilled. As such, I immediately scrawled: "without any flavour or character. Sure, it tastes natural, but what does? The water???" ... then I poured a second, well chilled bottle... the smell was amazing, immediately bringing to mind the Czechvar style of lager. Like a dewy summer field... the taste was more pronounced when cold, indeed showing an indication of being a European style lager. Just drink it fast, and cold.
