Handwritten notes: IPA usually too dry/bitter. Good level of both... Bite... as opposed to Canadian "dry" beer his is actually good... Liquorice?... This is what "everyday" beer should be... plain, plainly good. Not for a celebration, new job, or testing negative for AIDS.
